About Austi AI
Austi AI is an Australian AI consultancy based in Sydney. We work with Australian businesses to enhance their competitive edge with AI. We deploy secure solutions that are hosted in Australia, trained on your data, and built into your workflows.
What we do
We focus on two kinds of work.
- Pilot to Production. Someone on your team built an app with AI, and now you want the business to rely on it. We'll move it into production adding proper sign-in, hosting in Australia, security, backups, monitoring and more. Then assist with the rollout and hand it back with training so your team stays in charge.
- Red Teaming. We stress-test AI systems, in development or already live, for prompt injection, jailbreaking, data leakage and privacy risks, and report detailed findings with prioritised recommendations.
How we work
Work is sized Small (3–5 days), Medium (8–10 days) or Large (15–20 days or more), with time and materials, fixed price or value-based pricing.

I work alongside teams to design, build and run systems their business can rely on. For the past two years I was technical lead at an Australian managed AI services company, where I led delivery across its client work, including an AI platform used by over 120 people across seven businesses.
