This policy explains what personal information Austi AI collects through austi.ai and by email, and how we handle it.

When you visit austi.ai
This site uses no advertising trackers, and Austi AI doesn't set cookies. Our own analytics measure page visits, referral sources, campaign tags, reading activity, email-link clicks and automated requests. We also record browser and device type, language and time zone. We don't store IP addresses or track people across visits. Analytics records are stored in Azure Australia East and deleted automatically after 400 days. We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.
Like any website, the servers that deliver it receive technical details such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you request. The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which processes these details to deliver and secure the site, including in the United States. We don't use them to identify you.
One of the site's fonts is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser also sends your IP address and browser details to Google. Google's handling of this is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
When you use the contact form
The contact form collects your name, email, company if you give it, team size if you give it, and your message. We store each enquiry in Microsoft Azure in Australia East, separate from analytics. We send Blake an alert email through Resend, using your email address as the reply address. We don't email you from the form. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person sent it, so your browser also sends the technical details of that check to Cloudflare. Cloudflare's handling of this is covered by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy.
When you email us
If you email blake@austi.ai, we receive your name, your email address and anything you include, such as details about your business. Our email is handled by Microsoft 365.
We use this information only to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver that work. We don't sell it or share it for marketing. We share it only when needed to deliver work you've asked for, or when the law requires it. We keep it for as long as we need it for those purposes and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing blake@austi.ai.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
